If you use the contact form at the bottom of the website we will collect your name, email address, phone number and possibly your company name (if you provide it).

When you fill out the contact form you authorise us to use the details you provided to contact you and reply to requests for information, quotes, or any other type of request.

WHO WE SHARE YOUR DATA WITH:

Any personal data you provide using the contact form will only be used by Priory Flooring. We may use a sub-contractor (i.e. flooring fitters) to fulfil contractual obligations to you in relation to goods or services that have been requested and provided, and in this instance contact details may be shared to allow access arrangements to fulfil these services.

 It will not be shared with any other parties unless you have given your permission or requested for it to be shared. 

HOW LONG WE RETAIN YOUR DATA AND WHAT IT IS USED FOR:

Your personal data will be stored for as long as it is needed for the purpose it has been provided for, and for as long as we have your consent to retain it. The purposes for storing your personal data can include:

•    Replying to requests for information, quotes, or any other type of request

•    Performing a contract, including residential or commercial flooring and carpet fitting, and/ or all services agreed for the duration that the contract is in place.

•    Enabling Priory Flooring to supply services to you in any way not outlined above.
